This is NSPR’s weekday show about the local and regional effects of COVID-19 in the North State. Listen each weekday at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. NSPR will continue this special coverage as long as our community needs it. Our mission with this show is to provide accurate news and information about COVID-19 for the North State.
Today, we’ll hear from the President and CEO of the Redding Chamber of Commerce about how businesses in that part of the North State are feeling about Governor Gavin Newsom's timeline for re-opening. We’ll also hear from PG&E spokesperson Paul Moreno about a series of interactive webinars holding to prepare the public for wildfire season. Yes, pandemic or not, we will be seeing Public Safety Power Shutoffs and we’ll get some answers to questions about filing for unemployment as we head into week 6 of California’s stay at home order.
If you have questions for us let us know on our message line 433-9216 or go to our website at mynspr.org.
