The first two editions of this history-based trail guide were best sellers at the local bookstore in 2013 and 2014. This revised edition has more wildflowers and more information, including 17 new local hiking trails. The Ekins' book gives detailed descriptions of local trails for hikers, including photographs and information about the natural and human history that has shaped the Paradise Ridge.
The authors are donating all net profits from the first two printings to the Butte College foundation, in support of student scholarships.
