Today our guest is Portland songwriter, Anna Tivel. Anna grew up in rural Washington playing the fiddle and writing poetry. In her early 20s she began writing her own songs and eventually relocated to Portland to continue development of her career as a folk musician. While traveling to promote her latest album, "Small Believer," Anna stopped by the NSPR studios to talk about her music and perform a new tune off that record called “Dark Chandelier.”
