A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect for both the #CampFire and #CarrFire areas in Butte and Shasta counties. Properties impacted by both wildfires and that are downstream of those areas, are at risk for flash flooding, mudflows and debris flows during periods of intense rainfall.
Those traveling or in the areas along Interstate 5 and Highway 299 in the western portion of Shasta County, and along portions of Highway 70 and the Skyway in Butte County, should be alert for possible road problems due to flooding, rock, and debris flows.
Moderate to heavy rain is forecast over the fire area into Saturday.
According to the latest from Cal Fire, the Camp Fire has now burned 153,000 acres and is 90 percent contained. More than 18,000 homes, apartments, businesses and structures have been destroyed.
According to Butte County Sheriff Kory Honea, two more human remains were found Wednesday, bringing the current death toll to 83.
The number of unaccounted for has decreased to 563. The names of people still listed as missing is here.

Several areas had their evacuation orders or warnings modified. Residents returning home need to be aware that the evacuation areas being lifted have very limited services. To see a list of evacuation statuses, click here.

Today the World Central Kitchen is planning to provide a free Thanksgiving meal to up to 15,000 evacuees. Called Thanksgiving Together, the meal will be served in three locations:
- Sierra Nevada Brewing Company - 1075 East 20th Street, Chico
- Chico State (Bell Memorial Union) - West Second and Chestnut Streets, Chico
- Chico State (Sutter Dining Hall) - Warner Street and Legion Avenue, Chico
Seating times are 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
