Dr. Joel Minden is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for anxiety and related concerns. He is the author of Show Your Anxiety Who’s Boss, diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, and lecturer in the Department of Psychology at California State University, Chico. Dr. Minden’s media appearances include Vox, Washington Post, NBC News, New York Magazine, and USA Today. His self-help blog, CBT and Meat Psychology Today covers the practice of cognitive and behavioral change to improve mental and physical health. Nancy Wiegman has a master's degree in French linguistics from Indiana University and taught yoga and foreign languages at CSU Fresno and the College of Charleston before moving to Chico in 1990.
