Bidwell Mansion fire arraignment | Second body found in Thermalito Afterbay identified | Closures on parts of East 20th Street in Chico

Also, the Butte County Sheriff’s Office recovered and identified the body of the second teen who went missing while hunting in Thermalito Afterbay last month.

Plus, overnight road closures began yesterday on parts of East 20th Street in Chico. The closures mark the beginning of the final construction phase of a new bikeway connecting East 20th Street and Business Lane.
