Chico police are still searching for a suspect in connection with the fatal stabbing of a man that happened last Thursday.
The victim, identified as Oroville resident Joel Brian Eldridge, was pronounced dead at Enloe Medical Center, after being stabbed during a fight on the 2200 block of Mulberry Street in south Chico.
The person of interest is 30-year-old Michael Patrick Anderson of Chico. He is considered to be armed and dangerous. Anyone who may have information about Anderson, or the crime, is asked to contact the Chico Police Department at 897-4911.
