Former Paradise police officer Patrick Feaster was arrested over the weekend for being drunk and disorderly.
Feaster already faces an unrelated involuntary manslaughter charge for the shooting death of Andrew Thomas late last year.
A court hearing for that charge is scheduled for Wednesday.
Feaster was arrested Sunday along with his 28-year-old brother Timothy Feaster at a home in North Chico.
