Cal Fire is reporting that firefighters are battling a 15-acre fire off Highway 32 at Santos Ranch Road, south of Forest Ranch. Highway 32 has been closed in both directions and, the Chico-Enterprise Record is reporting that Upper Bidwell Park is being evacuated as a precautionary measure.
