Authorities in Shasta County confiscated a small arsenal and more than two pounds of hard drugs during the arrest of a 37-year-old man Wednesday morning.
In all, four assault rifles and a stolen handgun were seized by deputies and Redding Police following the service of a search warrant on the 1600 block of Kenyon Drive. A pound and a half of methamphetamine and three-quarters of a pound of heroin were also found.
Shawn Copelin was booked into the Shasta County jail on multiple charges. Bail was set at $300,000.
