Today we’ll hear about a new plan in Chico to bolster business during reopening by closing some downtown streets to make more room for outdoor dining and events. We’ll head to Plumas and Sierra counties to hear how tourism is causing a dilemma for businessowners there who want patrons, but not the increased risk of outsiders possibly bringing COVID into their communities. We'll also check in with the County Librarian for Tehama County to hear how libraries there have been engaging with the community throughout the pandemic.
