Dr. Greg Sazima is a board-certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist.

He is an educator, a writer, and a long-time meditator and meditation teacher. He is a survivor of rare bone cancer who’s used the powerful practice of meditation to navigate his own medical crisis.

In his debut work, Practical Mindfulness: A Physician's No-Nonsense Guide to Meditation for Beginners, the author provides a guide to help others get their minds and bodies right.

Nancy Wiegman has a master's degree in French linguistics from Indiana University and taught yoga and foreign languages at CSU Fresno and the College of Charleston before moving to Chico in 1990.
