We continue to work with the internet service provider who equipment we use atop Shasta Bally. They need to replace equipment, which connects our signal to the transmitter. We're also in touch with the National Park officials who contraol the access road to the top of the mountain. The road is crrently closed because of the storm. Like you, we can't wait to begin broadcasting again. Thanks for your patience. We greatly appreciate it.

Power has been restored to the transmitter site, however internet service has not. NSPR delivers our signal to the site via internet, and the KFPR transmitter broadcasts that stream. We're working with the streaming provider, who supplies serveral stations at that site. Again, that you for sticking with us through this.

Because of the storm Friday night and Saturday morning, NSPR's transmitter in Redding, KFPR 88.9FM, is off the air. Our engineers are working with the site owners and utility providers to diagnose the problem and hope to begin broadcasting soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.
