North State Public Radio (NSPR) is a service of California State University, Chico and is licensed to the Chico State Enterprises (CSE). NSPR and CSE are committed to the highest standards of organizational governance; therefore, NSPR makes available the following documents.
NSPR-CapRadio Partnership
California State University, Chico, and its North State Public Radio together with CapRadio - Sacramento are considering a collaborative management agreement called a Public Service Operating Agreement. A PSOA between two non-commercial public radio stations allows one station (CapRadio) to manage daily operations for the FCC Licensee (CSU, Chico) of the other station NSPR in compliance with all FCC requirements of noncommercial educational broadcast licensing.
