North State Public Radio (NSPR) is a service of CapRadio, and licensed to the Chico State Enterprises (CSE). NSPR, CapRadio and CSE are committed to the highest standards of organizational governance; therefore, NSPR makes available the following documents.

NSPR-CapRadio Partnership

On Oct. 1, 2020, California State University, Chico; Chico State Enterprises; and North State Public Radio signed a long-term management agreement with CapRadio - Sacramento called a Public Service Operating Agreement. A PSOA between two non-commercial public radio stations allows one station (CapRadio) to manage daily operations for the FCC Licensee (CSE) of the other station NSPR in compliance with all FCC requirements of noncommercial educational broadcast licensing.
