Butte Humane Society is getting ready for Woofstock Chico, a community festival of fun and music to benefit the animals, services and programs of BHS. Well-behaved dogs on leashes and their humans are invited to join us on Saturday, June 4th from 11 am to 5 pm at our brand new shelter located on Garner Lane. Woofstock Chico will be a day-long event filled with live music from some of the area’s most popular bands: Big Mo and the Full Moon Band, Low Flying Birds, Triple Tree, Ivy Flats, and Brittany and the Blisstones. When you’re not shaking your money-maker, you can browse the vendor marketplace, enjoy food from some of the finest food trucks around, sip on local beers and wines, enter your dog into a variety of contests, check out the kid zone and so much more! Join in the fun early and help the animals by creating a peer-to-peer fundraising team and win amazing perks like: Free event admission, VIP Access to the exclusive Hard Paw Cafe and many other cool prizes.
