In this role, she oversees a team focused on staff development and editorial training for NPR's content divisions. The team also works on talent recruitment for the content divisions, building and maintaining relationships with strong external candidates and high potential internal talent. In particular, Henry will lead development initiatives for NPR hosts and potential future hosts.
