Listen-in and call-in Tuesday night at 7 for a live statewide special, “How George Floyd Changed California.”

North State Public Radio and public radio stations up and down the state are getting together to look at how police reform is going – or not – in the year since George Floyd was murdered.

And we want to hear from you, how are you planning to uphold Floyd’s legacy?

KPCC’s Austin Cross will host. We’ll hear from State Senator Steven Bradford (D-Gardena) on a bill he co-authored to reform policing in California, as well as reporters across the state on the state of police reform in their region. We’ll also take calls from listeners across the state on what we can do to continue the momentum for racial justice and societal change into the future.

Our call-in number is 866.893.5722

Be a part of this special broadcast, “How George Floyd Changed California,” Tuesday night at 7. Here on North State Public Radio.
