Tony Waters is czar and editor of Ethnography.com. He is a Professor in the Sociology department at California State University Chico, where he has been a professor since 1996. He is also the translator of The Man from Bangkokby Thai author Rong Wongsavun about his travels in California and San Francisco in particular.
