North State comedy legend DNA is putting together a day of art. Pleasant Plaza Sundays will feature a variety of performers, including music by West Ghost, comedy by Annie Fischer, a Blue Room Theatre preview of an upcoming Twilight Zone with Nick Anderson, and poetry by Taz Basho Yamaguchi.

Star Wars fans can celebrate May the Fourth at The Allies Pub with a special painting event. There will be image outlines, or you can bring your own creative ideas. First drink is on the house. The event is geared toward adults, but ages 10+ are welcome.

Hailing from the vibrant cultural hub of Oaxaca, the sibling duo Valgur is rapidly becoming a prominent force within Mexico's thriving indie music landscape. They are now set to bring their distinctive sound to Chico.
Adding to the evening's diverse sonic palette, Chico's beloved husband-and-wife duo, Greyloom, will grace the stage, and Oakland-based act 55Castles will contribute their own musical stylings.

Chico Plugged In offers a preview of emerging musical talent, primarily featuring students from Chico State. The event showcases a diverse range of genres, featuring acoustic blues, singer-songwriters, punk rock and hip-hop. About twelve acts will each perform a brief ten-minute set.

MOVE + MAKE + EXPLORE
Chico Tweed Ride: Spring Bicycle Ride 2025
- Ride starts at the "Our Hands" sculpture in Chico

The annual relaxed bicycle ride will showcase a sea of riders in vintage tweed clothing. The event will feature a break for a picnic in Bidwell Park. While not required, period-appropriate clothing and bicycles are welcome for this unhurried group cycling activity.
