Allow extra travel time in the vicinity of Butte College this week where Caltrans is upgrading an intersection into a roundabout.
Construction begins this morning, with 24 hour traffic controls continuing through Sunday.
The roundabout will replace traffic signals at State route 191 (Clark Road) with Durham-Pentz Road. The upgrade is meant to reduce congestion as Camp Fire debris removal intensifies.
