Claire Altheuser is a peer leader for Osher lifelong learning Institute on the Chico State campus. She has loved books and reading for eight decades and especially enjoys historical fiction. The class she teaches is called "History Through Mystery" and the reading list includes stories from 7th century Ireland, 15th century England, and 16th century Japan.
