Press conference to shine light on suspected Bidwell mansion arsonist | First snowpack survey of the year | Egg prices soar in the North State

A press conference today will uncover more about the investigation surrounding the suspect in the Bidwell Mansion arson case.

Also, the California Department of Water Resources has conducted the first snowpack survey of the year. It found that the state’s snow levels are above average for this time of the year, a good sign for the state’s water levels.

Plus, egg prices have hit an all time high in California as bird flu continues to impact poultry supplies. The United States Department of Agriculture reports the price of eggs has risen across California and now ranges on average from $6 to almost $9 dollars a dozen.
