The latest North State and California news on our airwaves for Monday, Feb. 24.

In today’s episode:

Valley’s Edge was defeated in the March 2024 primaries. Now, the developer’s legal team is filing a claim against the city that alleges violation of state law.

Also, California joins 22 other states seeking an immediate halt to what they allege is a dismantling of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Plus, native salmon will soon be able to access areas of the Yuba River they haven’t seen in over a century. The project to connect Daguerre Point Dam with the river has been expedited by the county water agency.
