Retro Rendezvous is a monthly burlesque and drag show held in Chico, hosted by Whoretexx, a prominent figure in the local drag scene. The trans-owned variety show takes place on the third Saturday of each month, with different themes and a diverse lineup of iconic performers.

Following its debut at Chico’s El Rey Theater in 2024, this captivating Amy Winehouse tribute is back. The highly anticipated night of Winehouse’s music features an unmatched collection of local talent.

Right in the Eye: Live movie-concert on the films of Georges Méliès

Safe Space Benefit Concert with Lish Bills, Los Clown Bloods & Diamond Snatch Factory

An all-star lineup of local talent will perform at the Safe Space Winter Shelter Benefit Show. The Americana rock group Lish Bills, cumbia surf ensemble Los Clown Bloods and garage rock band Diamond Snatch Factory will take the stage to help raise funds for this crucial community resource.
Lasting Legacies Hiestand Memorial Concert

Student and alumni bands will unite to honor the legacy of Daniel Hiestand, who served as Chico State's Director of Bands from 1967 until 1992. The show features performances by the Chico State Wind Ensemble, the Butte College Symphonic Band and the Chico State Alumni Band. They’ll be playing traditional music that’s historically significant to the Chico area. The prestigious Hiestand Music Education Scholarship will also be presented.
