Lisa Cooper

Lisa Cooper leads NSPR’s corporate underwriting and community partnership fundraising. She has decades of experience raising millions of dollars for public radio in the Sacramento region and throughout California.

An American Women in Media “Account Executive of the Year,” Lisa has been recognized for innovation in fundraising by BizLab at WBUR, Boston’s NPR station. She has dedicated her career to non-profit service and community-centric fundraising for the greater good.

A lifelong music lover and singer, Lisa has enjoyed performing jazz, show tunes, and commercial jingles and has had the distinct honor of singing for the now-sainted Pope John Paul II in Castel Gandolfo, Italy.

Lisa can be found serving each week as a chorister at Sacramento’s Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. You can email Lisa at lisa.cooper@mynspr.org
