In addition to authoring fourteen books, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and PEN Award recipient Edward Humes has published work in the New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, and elsewhere.

Edward Humes is a journalist and author of 14 non-fiction books. He won a Pulitzer Prize and PEN award.

Humes is a contributing writer for Sierra Magazine, California Lawyer and Los Angeles Magazine, among other publications.

In Garbology, he takes readers on a tour of America’s biggest export and our greatest legacy: our trash.

Also, Chico entrepreneur Andy Keller, founder and president of ChicoBag, speaks with Nancy about his participation in Humes book and his ChicoBag story.

Nancy Wiegman has a master's degree in French linguistics from Indiana University and taught yoga and foreign languages at CSU Fresno and the College of Charleston before moving to Chico in 1990.
