Author Echo Heron is an award-winning, New York Times bestselling author. Born in Troy, New York, she writes across genres, including fiction, mysteries, and historical fiction.

She is also a critical-care registered nurse. She was also actively working as a nurse in New York during the 9/11 attacks.
