Park Fire: Local assistance center being created, how animals are being helped in the fire

Butte County Supervisor Doug Teeter, whose district covers both Cohasset and Forest Ranch, says the county is working to support the community with a local assistance center similar to the one created for the 2018 Camp Fire.

Also, the man suspected of starting the Park Fire was charged with arson yesterday. We hear from KQED reporter Katherine Monahan whose been in the North State covering the fire, and who was at the courthouse.

And the North Valley Animal Disaster Group helped rescue and shelter more than 150 animals from the Park Fire.
