Butte County Sheriff’s Office says Jesse Kitagawa Jr. illegally sold the gun used by the shooter. Also, Butte County supervisors voted to extend a deadline for property owners to apply for debris removal, and a Chico man died of an overdose while staying at Safe Space Winter Shelter on Sunday.
