In The Secret Agent, a technology researcher, Marcelo, played by Wagner Moura, arrives in the dazzling yet dangerous Brazilian city of Recife in 1977, during the boisterous Carnival celebration.

Pursued by hired assassins, he becomes an unintended focus within the political turbulence of the ruling dictatorship.

Retro Rendezvous is a monthly variety show held in Chico, hosted by Whoretexx, a prominent figure in the local drag scene. The trans-owned variety show takes place on the third Saturday of each month, with different themes and a diverse lineup of iconic performers.
