This Norwegian drama centers on two long-estranged sisters who come together to mourn their mother's passing and reunite with their filmmaker father.
Their reunion forces them to finally face a shared history of trauma. The film features Stellan Skarsgard and Elle Fanning.

Chico is set to host an exclusive underground music night, spotlighting the unique sounds of the local electronic trip-hop scene. The event promises an evening of deep basslines, intricate beats and lyrical showdowns.
The curated lineup includes rappers Zinc XD, Apollo Snow and electronic and experimental artist Don Michaelll.

Femme-owned and based in Chico, Kit Kats Records is hosting a show to celebrate new local cassette releases.
The lineup features newcomers and cumbia sensation Los Clown Bloods and garage rock trio Diamond Snatch Factory. Also on the lineup is Chico's Cat Depot and Ghost Lung from Redding.

Chico's yearly Snow Goose Festival of the Pacific Flyway is scheduled to begin tonight, bringing the spectacle of birdwatching and wetlands preservation to Chico.
The event will feature various excursions, educational courses, and opportunities to observe the namesake snow geese in their natural habitat.

The Ohana Comic Convention originated in 2017, established by Tom Star, the proprietor of Ziggy's Video Game Exchange in Turlock, California.
Following its success, it ultimately arrived in Chico. The event features comic books, Japanese animation, and collectible figurines, with costumes encouraged.
