“Palestine ‘36,” set in the time that the British Empire tightened its grip on Palestine, follows Yusuf as he is caught between his village home and his work in Jerusalem amid escalating unrest and a pivotal moment for the Empire.

This is a benefit screening, and all proceeds will go to Omar al-Najjar's family in Gaza.

Ballet Chico presents Don Quixote

“Don Quixote - the Man of La Mancha” was originally published over 400 years ago, and is considered the first modern novel. It’s been made into movies, a musical and a world-class ballet.

This staging features students from the Feather River Parks & Rec ballet program, performing alongside professional and aspiring dancers. With captivating movement, elegant attire and a remarkable soundtrack, the production is truly impressive.
