True North Housing Alliance

The city of Chico recently met with the local nonprofit North State Shelter Team to discuss a proposal for a managed campsite for unhoused residents. Also, True North Housing Alliance held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new center that aims to reduce homelessness in Butte County. And candidate Rose Penelope Yee shares her priorities in the race to represent California’s 1st Congressional District.

Organizations in the North State are working to find housing for those experiencing homelessness. As the region now recovers from the Park Fire, True North Housing Alliance is trying to help.
